The African American Controller of the Atlas, Doug is mild-mannered and well-liked, trusted completely by April and Stephan to handle all financial affairs at the Atlas: payroll, ticket sales, paying vendor invoices, and preserving liquor inventory. Doug is usually present during regular business hours and is sometimes alone in the venue. He is not aware of the club’s nature, but knowing April’s family since childhood, he simply shrugs off the more outrageous things he encounters as “Voodoo shit.” He is married and has two young children; he works mostly with Stephan, Ben, and Kristoph.
